The Ontario LTC Staffing Efficiency Program (OLSEP) is a ministry-aligned, nurse-led initiative developed by NURZTEC Inc. to help long-term care homes reduce staffing costs, improve workforce stability, and deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Through a flexible and scalable system, OLSEP enables LTC providers to move away from high-cost agency dependence — building a smarter, more sustainable future for long-term care across Ontario.
